DownLo is a fairly new Local Band that has history within itself, 3 of the 4 members come from the band "Crucial Fiction," who had a good run in the local scene for a few years. Those members are Howard Hancox on vocals, Clint Barlow on drums, and Todd Campbell on bass. They added guitar player Christian Cabang to form DownLo. The former members of Crucial Fiction decided it was time to take things to another level, including a name change!
