The Bright Expression is a UK based indie worship band that formed in 2012. Our debut album was recorded with producer Gabriel Wilson in Redding CA and was released in March 2015, hitting number 2 in the UK Christian and Gospel charts.

We are have a deep love for God, family, music and honest writing. At the core we are a group of friends who are deeply passionate about pursuing the nearness of God and creating an atmosphere where others can do the same.

Our sound is uniquely eclectic, drawing inspiration from our favourite artists such as John Mark MacMillan, Wye Oak, Daughter, Foals, Amanda Cook and Noah Gundersun, to name a few. We love to write about our triumphs and falls on our journey to know God more. Often we capture lyrics and sounds from spontaneous moments we experience during worship.
