Songwriter/composer Ben Coniguliaro (better known as Wippy Bonstack) has been refining his particular craft in the field of experimental-accessibility for over a decade now. Leaning heavily towards the progressive in the 2020s, elements of indie and eclectic pop have remained evident in his sonic stew since the beginning. He is the founder of brutal experimental outfit Wyxz and has been a member of bands such as Sun Colored Chair, In-Dreamview, and The Filibuster Saloon, among others. Wippy Bonstack was officially established as a solo project in 2020 after years of producing and releasing homespun music in a variety of projects. Following his triumphant 2021 debut, Wippy dropped ‘22’ (2022) which caught the ears of many with its adventurous yet intimate progressive pop.

Wippy manages the rare feat of straddling two different musical worlds, simultaneously being a rock artist in the realm of experimental & progressive music, and also a seasoned tunesmith creating ambitious and artistic pop music that continuously subverts expectations.

Releasing two albums in 2025 that each carry their own distinctive identity, Wippy continues to ride the line between uniquely catchy songs and oddball instrumental complexity. Tactile Demons and Correct Irregulars represent a display of blinding ambitious energy and uncompromising creativity, each embracing their own separate styles within the surreal and enigmatic world of Wippy Bonstack.
