Obscure Animals is an alternative rock / Midwest emo band from Austin, Texas. Formed in 2021 by vocalist and guitarist, JR Kaufman, bassist, Patrick Shea, and guitarist, David Menendez. Joined by drummer, Jesse Blankenship in 2023, Obscure Animals currently has released one full length album, Picking Berries On The Way To The Apocalypse, and one EP, The Intervention.
