There are multiple artists with this name:

1) In February, 2005, Canton, Michigan band Sandbox Heroes changed a few members and became The Rising Tide. At that time, The Rising Tide featured returning members Evan Baker on guitar and vocals, John Conner on guitar and vocals, Bryan Baker on bass, Justin Baker on drums, and new members Jordan Baker on the keys, and Tim Paul on guitar. Bryan left the band just a few months after formation, and John switched to playing bass. Justin left the band in mid 2006 and was replaced with Jay McGlone on the drums. They split in 2006 after releasing only one album, Drive Home Dreaming.

2) The Rising Tide was a deathcore metal band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They formed in 2005, brought together their consistent line up in 2006, and split in 2008. They released one 5-song EP entitled Carnival in 2008.

3) The Rising Tide are a Palmerston North (NZ) based deathcore band comprising Dylan Robert, Phil Brooks, Henry van Echtenv, Cody Lee and Matthew Colledge.
