Justin Elkins, professionally known as Jelly, is an American recording artist from East Atlanta, Georgia.

Jelly met Pi'erre Bourne in South Carolina while they were in high school. They later reconnected in Atlanta and Jelly joined SossHouse, the label that Pi'erre co-founded with AJ Bourne and Marko Visuals. Read more on Last.fm.
