Masami Ueda (上田雅美) is a composer for Capcom. He is most well known for his music on the Resident Evil (Biohazard) series of games, but he has also composed music for many other Capcom titles including the Viewtiful Joe series, the Devil May Cry series, Okami, and Sega's upcoming game Bayonetta.
