There is more than one artist with this name:

1) Kidgloves is a dubstep/rap artist from New Jersey on Hippocamp Records.

2) Kidgloves is the solo (but not exclusive) project of Charles M. Reed, a denizen of Dallas, Texas.

3) Kidgloves hails from Yadkinville, North Carolina whose style of experimental electronic calls out the darkest emotions that creep in the corners of your mind.

In December of 2008, kidgloves released their debut EP: Alphabet. This stylistically varied effort bears both the overt and covert influences of the multitude of artists who have inspired kidgloves towards greatness; from Elliott Smith to Low, from Slint to Cocteau Twins.

The group has since disbanded.
