Yael Wand is an Israeli-Canadian singer-songwriter with a distinctive, rather nasal voice who describes herself as influenced by many different folk traditions. She has released two albums to-date: Antimony in 2004 and At Your Door in 2007, both of which received rave reviews in the Canadian press.
