1) The Lost Patrol is an American rock 'n' roll band whose music falls into the categories of experimental, gothic, folk, shoegazing and "surf-a-billy." The band uses 12-string acoustic guitars, Moog and other synthesizers. The band currently consists of Stephen Masucci, Mollie Israel, Michael Williams and Seth Clifford.

2) The Lost Patrol Band was the solo project moniker for Swedish musician Dennis Lyxzén, more famously known as a member of The (International) Noise Conspiracy and former member of Refused. Lyxzén has recently brought on board other full-time members to the line-up and renamed the project The Lost Patrol Band, and now Invasionen.
