Jailhouse Talk Lyrics

Everybody's looking at me
like i should have something to saay
Word's wont make a difference so
don't fuss don't fight, it's okay

Johnny I love you I miss you
I need you back home
Grab the wheel let's drive on

Well baby I killed a man
my own two hands
now I feel alone
I wish he'd come back
His ghost, the only friend of mine
Now it's cold in my cell
I need you to tell
them all, I'm fine
Be out in now time at all
Goodbye roses and
the colors of faallllllll

Jenny you did good and ma' did
everything she could
I'm so sorry
Prayers won't make it right
I know ma does it
day and night
there's no need to

Here I stand an honest man
I trell you I had to buurn
Been a saint, been a sinner but I never
Was a winner

Oh Jonny these steel bars
are tearing us apart
Oh this, is, breaking my heart
to see you locked away like this
you can't feel the cold
freewheeling wind
these stone walls,
they run your blood thin
Good bye roses and
the colors of the seasons

Oh congressman dont understand
I've always been the wanted man
you walked, i ran,
now take a lookat where I stand
and where it got me
When push come to shove
you will never show me love
it's not in you
It's a fixed race and
I can never take your place

Well warden in my room of doom
there's a paper moon
to remind of her laughter in
the night
the moon glowing in her eyes
where the sun it never burns
the rain it never falls
here in san atone
With ese sinners in these halls
Good bye roses and the
colors of the seasons
(ur all welcome mhmh)

Mikhael Paskalev is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Ålesund, Norway. Born on 24 May 1987 to a Bulgarian father and Norwegian mother, Mikhael Paskalev studied at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. He plays pop music rooted in indie and alternative country rock. Inspired by names such as Paul Simon, The Shins, Tom Waits, Edward Sharpe .. and the Everly Brothers. Paskalev's set varies from acoustic songs where his soulful voice is only backed by a guitar, to gypsy waltzes backed by ramshackle brass and a circus of energy. With a band full of charisma and ideas, he shows a rare quality. Paskalev's strength lies in his ability to create melodious tunes which are sometimes brazenly catchy but never strays from his rusty and wonderful sound. Mikhael Paskalev is a 24-year-old boy from Ålesund who just finished his music education in Liverpool. He began performing as Mikhael Paskalev a little over a year ago. He plans to release a single this summer, a couple more throughout the year and finally an album in the early spring of 2012. This summer he will be playing some concerts with Billie Van and Jonas Alaska and also working on the album. He is recording at
Ocean Sound Recordings. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
