San Francisco Water Cooler is a duo including Dave Novick and Jerry Encoe, formerly of the Santa Cruz, California outfit Residual Echoes, whose paths recently split. Locked in a cabin centered in Fiddletown, California, these meter-melting redliners explode with a pallete drenched in noise-filtered psychedelia, psuedo-expressionist flurries of tube-reverb stomp loops and pop melodics shimmering beneath a murky layer of feedback squalls.
