YTO Solreiser is a dynamic musical project with an approach to music where no limits apply. They create heavy, groovy, sweet music with a powerful sound, as a vantage point for playing with drum&bass, jazz, ambient, metal and pop. Their unusual instrumentation and massive productions create a sound which is distinct and easily recognizable. The music is also varied, complex and surprising.

"The selftitled album due April Fools Day has been created through a lifegiving cooporation under at times absurd conditions. Karl commuted to Svalbard, hunted polarbears and toured Canada. I lived in a dirty rehearsal room while touring with Heroes&Zeros. Oliver went to Nepal to record strange sounds. Circus artist Robin became a superstar in Cape Verde. All this can be heard and seen in our music and artwork", says guitarist and producer Thomas Wang.

Last 2 years were spent gathering thoughts and ideas, jamming, writing, recording and producing the album released first of april on the independent label Urban Sound Recordings, and distributed by Indie Distribution.
