Spunky little “Miss Hip Hop She Don’t Stop” has been surrounded by music all her life. Her parents have been involved in the music industry since Arafah was a little kid who insisted on being an extra in every music video.

As a teen who was heavily influenced by Hip Hop, she recorded her first demo at 15. Arafah enjoyed the experience so much that she was inspired to write her own tracks and perform at small gigs in Sarawak.

Moving back to KL at 17, she spent the next few years collaborating with Too Phat, Ella, Sasi the Don, Camelia and Ahli Fiqir among others. As a performer, she has opened for Jurassic 5, Beastie Boys, Spiritual South (UK), Mad Mats (Sweden) and Black Eyed Peas in KL and Singapore. She recently played alongside Gilles Peterson, Karizma, Cut Chemist and Diplo at the Worldwide Festival. As a fashion enthusiast who is active in the scene, she has specialized in performances at glamorous fashion events. She was also a member of the dynamic group Phlowtron and was the host of the trend-setting show “Flo” on TV3. Arafah also just landed herself a gig with Capital FM, dropping tunes for the people of Klang Valley.

Multi-talented Arafah is now 22 and is pursuing her career full force, constantly performing and collaborating with other musicians. She is currently working with Al Haca’s Cee and Stereotyp on her first solo album, exploring new sounds to craft her “ticket to travel world”. Read more on Last.fm.
