Beadz grew up on the streets of one of Chicago's tough neighborhoods, The Wild Hundreds. His vocals are like litanies of the streets as he has endured everything in life served to him. From his days of seeing drug infested alleys and the crack addicts lurching around the corners, he has survived. His breath of fresh air arrived in the package of Manatee Records predominantly a Chicago based reggae label with some notoriety in the reggae and riddim arena and communities. His humbleness was the attraction for the label executives and the sense of pride Beadz projects everyday even when there was no food in his house. The pride not to do the same things his family members utilized to survive day in and day out in the hood. Manatee's Label CEO Doc immediately attached himself to teaching Beadz the business of music from quality of production to marketing. Not long after, Beadz was ready to be seen on the forefront of the underground hip hop arena. His song "D Boy" was a testament to cleanse himself mentally from where he was to where he was not going back to. The song became an underground street anthem for the drugglers on the streets of Chicago. Beadz was interviewed in the Hood Magazine ,Ozone Magazine, Hip Hop Weekly and Source magazine for his efforts. Beadz went hard in the lab to come up with songs matching his business agenda and dropped "What It's Hittin 4" which did not measure up to the "D Boy" song due to less promotion for the young artist. His followup titles namely "Shawty Gon Go" and "South Side Party" gave Beadz the handle to hold unto in this tough business but he had more to do. After years of grinding Beadz is at the forefront of the Chicago underground Hip Hop arena with this years songs "Super Bad", "Life Will drown You", " Celebrate" and the summer hit "Wild Out" featuring Bo Deal and Wacka Flocka. The "Wild Out" tune is on the favorite play list for a vast amount of the Djs throughout the Windy City and surrounding Midwest cities. His previous Mix Tape Series "Respects The Bottom Line" gave Beadz his street push to move on with his first national hosted mix tape "Tha Realest Nigg* In It" an exclusive hosted by DJ Bigga Rankin, the number one record breaker throughout the South. Beadz has his eyes on one thing only to get to the top of the mountain and spread his stories and although you've heard similar stories of poverty and survival, this street soldier narrates his survival with such tone and tune that one immediately think of the king of hip hop who is the biggest influence in this young artist's career, Tupac. The world will remember the stories but the songs will be lamentations and songs of this soldier who everyday struggles to eat ,sleep and maintain, Beadz.
