Freddie Stroma (born 8 January 1987) is an English actor, model, and singer, best known for playing Cormac McLaggen in the Harry Potter film series.

Freddie Stroma was born Frederic Wilhelm C. J. Sjostrom in London, England on 8 January 1987, to a Swedish father and a German mother. Although he was born in London, he was educated at the boys'-only boarding school Radley College and was the middle child of three with an older sister and a younger brother. Whilst undertaking a degree in Neuroscience at University College London, Freddie's film and modelling career began to flourish, leading him to take a break from his academic studies so that he could appear as Cormac McLaggen in the film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Following filming, Stroma returned to University College London to complete his degree, claiming that it, "would have been a shame to just throw it away." He attained a second class degree.

Stroma played small parts on a string of British TV shows, including Casualty and BBC's Mayo before being cast as Cormac McLaggen in the film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. He attended various premieres for the film throughout the globe. He was later cast as Cool Brett in the crime-thriller film 4.3.2.1. He was later recast in the Harry Potter series in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 and Part 2. He later appeared in the direct to DVD film A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song, as a British student, Luke Morgan.
