Klaas Jan Mulder (May 21, 1930 in Boven-Hardinxveld – November 1, 2008 in Kampen) was a Dutch organist, pianist and conductor.

Mulder was a son of Pastor J.O. Mulder in Hattem. He was introduced to music by his father at an early age and received his first lessons at the music school in Zwolle. The support of a patron later enabled him to attend the Amsterdam Conservatory, where he studied piano with Jan Odé and organ with Jacob Bijster. Afterwards he continued his studies with Eduardo del Pueyo in Brussels. After completing his education, he embarked on a career as an organist and choir director. For many years he was church organist at the Dutch Reformed Church in Kampen.

As a much sought-after concert organist, Mulder gave around 200 concerts a year in the Netherlands, but also in France, Canada, the United States and South Korea. With his concert program, which usually framed works of classical organ literature with his own choral improvisations, he stood in the tradition of Jan Zwart and Feike Asma. Mulder has recorded numerous records and CDs and has been certified two gold and one platinum.

In addition to his work as an organist, Klaas Jan Mulder was conductor of the men's choir Door Eendracht Verbonden (connected by unity) in Kampen from 1960 to 2008 and of the men's choir De Lofzang (The Hymn) in Heerde from 1963 to 2001. For 31 years he also led the Christian oratorio association Immanuel in Kampen. Together with the keyboarder Ton Scherpenzeel (Kayak, Camel) he formed the music project Kajem.
