Crow Hailer are a West Country band that seems to defy definition. With many and varied influences they create a soulful blend of folk music with an alarming freshness of approach. Never constrained by tradition or expectation the band tastefully carves a new genre which inventively explores and expands.
Crow Hailer recently released their debut album on Velvet Antler Records to great critical acclaim.

Le groupe Crow Hailer vient du sud ouest de l’Angleterre. Leur musique est née de diverses influences Country et Rock comme, Serge Gainsbourg, Richmond Fontaine, Midlake, Wilco ou Bill Callahan. Néanmoins, Crow Hailer crée un style bien à eux, plein de fraîcheur. Leurs arrangements musicaux sont imprégnés de la beauté enchanteresse du coin nature où ils se retrouvent pour enregister et répéter. Ce cadre champêtre aux vallées verdoyantes et collines boisées leur inspire un certain romantisme parfois coloré de mélancolie.
