2) Avera is an open-format DJ based in New Jersey. Born and raised in Sweden, Avera made her official debut as a DanceSport DJ in 2013 with Casa Musica. By being a daughter of a nightclub DJ and having a caring mother who nurtured both her musical talents and passion for dancing, Avera had all the tools she needed to hone her craft. It wasn't until she was a teenager she started fusing her world of ballroom dancing and her hobby (at the time) of mixing music. Shortly thereafter she found her calling as a DanceSport DJ. Her popularity in the ballroom world quickly grew at the age of 21. After her debut, she started collaborating with other labels and playing at DanceSport competitions all over the world!
