Rafay Rashid, or 'Ravi Shavi' was born in Islamabd, Pakistan before moving to his current hometown in Rhode Island. His style is reminiscent of Bob Dylan's with a saucy authenticity to it that could be described as a lovechild between post-punk and 60's rock and roll.
