Raised by wolves in the Manawatu Gorge lands, Matiflow soon came to love the atmospheric sounds of the forest, waterways and animals that surrounded them. Thrust into the city as young pups they foraged for beats in the urban sprawl, finding the occasional kick and bass slide that reminded them of their past dwelling.
