Fdel, aka Kaz Hamilton, hails from Perth (Western Australia) and has been refining his beat making skills since the age of 14 ["Fdel" has been found to be stylised by the artist as Fdel, fdel or FDEL]

In 2003, Fdel smashed onto the local scene, producing the Australian national hit El Questro for Australian hip-hop royalty, Downsyde

In 2005, Fdel released his debut album Audiofdelity on the Australian label Invada Records

In 2006, Audiofdelity was released worldwide (through Freestyle Records). Following airplay from BBC Radio 1, it wound up being one of Freestyle's best selling releases
