Noise Floor was formed in 2011 by Sarah McTaggart, Michael Panek, and Jon Garcia. The bassist, Michael Panek, is also the synth player, sound engineer, co-vocalist, and producer. Sarah McTaggart, (vocalist/lyricist), has never been in the same room as the drummer and bassist. They actually live in different countries, and make their music through email. Read more on Last.fm.
