Winta Efrem Negassi (born March 20, 1984) is a Norwegian R&B artist and songwriter. of Eritrean origin but born and bred in Haugerud, Oslo. She has released several singles and an album titled First. From 2002-2004, she made three music videos for singles Emotions, Hot Romance (Rok With You) and I Want U, which were all under the auspices of the Norwegian video director Ray Kay (Reinert Olsen).
