Eb & Sparrow was a five-piece New Zealand folk-rock band formed in Wellington in 2010 by singer-songwriter Ebony Lamb.

Lamb began playing solo in Wellington before teaming up with Bryn Hevldt. Shortly after releasing their first EP, ‘The Hearts Arrow’, in late 2010, they were joined by drummer Nick Brown, who helped them complete their second release, ‘Not for Light Years, in June 2011. The remaining members of the band, bassist Jason Johnson and trumpet-player Chris Winter soon followed.

The band's eponymous debut was released in September 2014.

The follow-up album, "Sun/Son", was released in 2015.

Subsequently, a change in drummer helped create a new sound - as did Lamb ditching her acoustic guitar entirely for electric.

Anita Clark (Motte) joined the band on strings, and Sharon Boyd and Andrew Leggett recorded additional horns to supplement Winter’s trumpet. The album "Seeing Things" was released in early 2018, accompanied by a vinyl release by Slow Boat Records, and an NZ nationwide tour.
