Niksta known as Nicole is dedicated and works on her craft everyday. She is not just a singer songwriter but plays guitar, piano, drums and recently the french horn. She has supported many Australian artists like Pete Murray, Marcia Hines, Diesel to name a few. Her sound is traditional, appealing to a wide audience with her acoustically based soulful resonance. There is a quiet yet tensive strength and diversity of musical palette that says she knows exactly who she is and what she's worth. The only problem is getting the music industry to recognise this and establish her here in Australia. Niksta has had to leave this country to venture to Germany to try her luck there. She performed to the German crowd who received her music. Whilst there living in Karlsruhe she was given the opportunity to record her music. Unfortunately after 8 months in the studio circumstances out of her control the musical project did not continue. Niksta returned home to Australia with incompleted works. This has not stopped her completing the album and will be released by July 2011. This will add to the collection of her music.
