Indie rock group, Hush Harbor had actually already disbanded when they got together to record their only record. The fact that they had not documented their music led Chris Takino, Up Records founder and huge fan, to ask them if they would be interested in recording an album, and lucky for us all, they said yes. Comprised of three members, John Atkins on vocals and guitar - who would then go on to team up with friend Polly Johnson to form764-Hero, John Wickhart on bass - who would later team up with Megan Adkins and Nicky Thomas (formerly of Fire Party) to form Mavis Piggott - and Andy Rohrmann on drums who is also widely known by his moniker Sientific American - he did a remix of the 764-Hero/Modest Mouse team up of "Whenever You See Fit" which many of you must already be familiar with. Meanwhile, John Atkins has been busy since 764-Hero with other more recent groups The Magic Magicians, and currently The Can't See. Read more on Last.fm.
