Chillaid is a rising musician from Gdynia, Poland, who entered the music scene in 2020.
His music blends a variety of electronic genres, incorporating elements of synthwave, retrowave, chillwave, ambient and vaporwave genres that became prominent throughout the 2010s, creating a unique sound that has captivated listeners.

Inspired by nostalgia and the unfulfilled dreams of the future, Chillaid's tracks evoke a sense of longing and transport the listener to a different time and space. His music blends intricate soundscapes, dreamy melodies, and pulsating rhythms to create a captivating listening experience.

Chillaid's journey as a musician began on SoundCloud, where he posted various initial attempts at creating music. In his search for his own musical identity, Chillaid experimented with different sounds and genres until he found his footing. His hard work and dedication paid off in the form of his first mini-album, "Spacebound," in June 2021.

"Spacebound" showcased Chillaid's early take on the electronic music genre, featuring tracks that are raw, unrefined but ultimately very pure in their intent to capture the nostalgic feelings he got from listening to various synthwave artists. The mini-album is capped off by over 10 minute long “Blade Runner” inspired song called “Tears in Rain” that, for better or worse, he considers one of the first milestones he reached with his music.

In addition to his music releases, Chillaid has also lent his talents to an independent movie. In 2021, Chillaid was among the few that helped create the original soundtrack for the skate movie "Technical Advisory" made by Aleksander Synak. The film's use of Chillaid's music on two of the parts featured there, added a new dimension to the visual experience, showcasing his versatility as an artist.

He released his second mini-album, "The Great Mystery," in September 2022. The album's tracks are a blend of influences, drawing inspiration from Vangelis, early 2000s Mike Oldfield, modern synthwave, vaporwave, and ambient music.

Chillaid's meticulous attention to detail and creative vision shine through in each of the album's tracks. He expertly blended various genres and influences, crafting a sound that is both unique and familiar. "The Great Mystery" has been a captivating listening experience for fans who have praised its haunting melodies, dreamy soundscapes and pulsating rhythms.

In June 2023 Chillaid released his third album called "Memoirs Of The Future". This is the first full-length album from Chillaid. The album is artist's exploration of the synthwave genre by taking different parts of it and mashing them together. From retrowave-y "Call Me Sometime" through high-octane YouTube hit "Challenger" to distorted sounds of "VOY-T" and kind-of-edm in form of "Brighter Than A Sun", Chillaid crafted a somewhat diverse and yet familiar landscape of sounds that evoke many feelings.

Chillaid has garnered attention from music enthusiasts worldwide and has established himself as a promising new voice in electronic music. With his attention to detail and unique musical sensibility, he creates soundscapes that are both fresh and familiar. He continues to grow his fan base and showcase his talents with each release.
