Jaysethan is the solo project of illustrator Jay Machado. In mid 2003, as members of the nu-metal high school band Wickid began to lose interest, Jay began to shift his focus from metal to acoustic rock. Jaysethan is a self proclaimed experiement in illustration, using the evocative effects of music and words to convey short stories about the human experience. Although there have been few live performances and very little distribution, Jay has been hard at work recording since 2003 and will continue until he is unable to or loses interest.
