Dave began playing music when he was young and got his very first 4 track when he was 13. Dave have written & recorded 6 albums of original music. "Slander" ©2002, "Quiver, Reader" ©2003, "The Huddled Masses" © 2006, "Fascists to Ashes" ©2008, "HOPE-NOSIS" ©2009, and "We're Not The Only Ones" ©2011. he have been lucky to work with many talented musicians on these recordings including: Rich Cahill, Myke Tarlazzi, Ryan Decker, Andy Waldeck, Alex Radus, Jessica Teich, Alex Bryant, Gabe Perry, Jeff D'Amore, Nate Powell, Brian Herman, Joe Lawlor and many more. The musicianship on the albums are quite impressive and songs are dynamic and detailed.

Dave performs solo acoustic using live looping technology, singing songs about love and war, and implementing an aggressive, yet melodic nature to the songs. A heavy attack on the acoustic, and intricate experimentation throughout. Dave Cahill am also in a 3-piece gypsy progressive rock band called THE ALMIGHTY TERRIBLES.

THE ALMIGHTY TERRIBLES are an intense power trio hailing from Frenchtown, NJ and the Lehigh Valley. Frontman Dave Cahill's astounding guitar work combined with his rhythmic and socially conscience lyrics create a sound and energy unlike any other. Backed by the creative and concussive grooves of drummer, Ryan Decker, and bassist, Nathan Powell, The Almighty Terribles continually amaze their audiences throughout the Northeast Corridor.

This August the band will be releasing their third disc, "We Are Not the Only Ones". Recorded with the help of producer Brian Herman, this 13 track album is by far the bands best LP effort thus far. Look for many new shows, videos, and online promotions to come the near future.
