Vonnell


Born in Havana, Cuba the young singer/songwriter—or “musical story teller” as some will call him—has been

rising more and more with every passing day with each new song. Having grown up in a melting pot such as

sunny Miami, Florida, from a young age he has been exposed to rich, diverse sounds ranging from jazz to

pop to Cuban jazz, Brazilian, classical and more.


With his debut album 31 de Febrero, in 2006, Vonnell, the multi-instrumentalist, multi-lingual artist was an

American Idol Underground 1st place winner in the BIG PUSH WORLD category with the song Y después...

song which, as well as the breakthrough concept and catchy hit, Cara the Caramelo rose quickly to the top of
