Bakalao Stars is flavorful blend of Cumbia, Dirty-ska and Reggae influenced by Charlotte, North Carolina's finest musicians and their 'Barrio" movement. Rising around the early 2000's, the Bakalao crew quickly gained local respect due to their original "recocha-style" live performances and catchy sing-alongs. After twelve years of composition, the Stars have three full-lenghs under their belts and many flawless performances alongside many world-famous acts. Only three original members (Mista Reggaeman, Javiloco and Mr. Popo) still remain from the Pachanga 02 ( The original name of the band) crew.
