Zahir is an Estonian noise rock band formed in 1993 in Tallinn, Estonia.

Wailing blues, and screaming metal guitars shot from the guts. Vocals and precision perfect jazz tinged drums keep this electric punk and blues machine rolling. Led gloriously from the mic by Tambet Jurno, their near legendary performances have them hovering over the edge of greatness. "Taking their cue from monstrous garage punk acts like The Cows, The Heroine Sheiks and Oblivion, Zahir will make you feel like you want to start your own band. It looks so easy and is too much fun."
