Different bands called Lash Out exist:

1. Lash Out was a hardcore band formed in 1992 in Molde, Norway. They put out several records on the German Stormstrike label. They disbanded in 1999. Its members continued playing music in bands such as JR Ewing, Thunderbolt and Sportswear.
