FANATICS-FLAVOR (Hangul: 파나틱스-플레이버) was the first sub-unit of South Korean girl group FANATICS, under FENT. The unit consisted of Doah, Chiayi and Yoonhye.

Pre-debut
Before becoming a part of FANATICS, member Doah was part of PRODUCE 48, ranking 23rd.

2018
They made their debut on November 26, 2018 with the single album MILKSHAKE, which has the song "MILKSHAKE" as title track. The album also contains the Chinese version of the song.
