At present, Tim is frontman to Pillow Army, an Indie Chamber Rock band based in Seattle. Tim is the band's songwriter, vocalist, and guitar player.

Tim was born in Mowersville, Pennsylvania in 1975 and attended Chambersburg Area Senior High School. He went on to study Music Production & Engineering at Berklee College of Music, and graduated in 1998. He and his wife have been working in the audio book industry since 1999, and have operated Ant Bear Audio since 2006.

Aside from his work on audio books, Tim Franklin has been an active songwriter and musician. He has released several albums, the most recent being hold still in 2004. Looking for new opportunities, in 2007 he moved cross-country from Rhode Island to Seattle.
