Twelve Dolls was born in Godella (Valencia) at the end of year 2004. After some gigs
in Valencia they recorded their first demo "Noise and Silence" which causes a good
reception and begins to open its place in the city. During 2005 and 2006 the band plays
in almost everyone of the clubs and venues of the city (El Loco, LeClub, Wah Wah,
Matisse, etc or Cormorán where they opened for Buzzcocks in April of 2006. They even
have won the Aljibe Rock Contest (Cádiz), and Foc & Sound (Moncofa - Castellón) as
best Valencian band, and they ended up as finalists in other full country level contests.
At the begining of year 2006 they self-edited "Highlights", their first studio EP, which
has given them the chance to move their music around the country during the year.
Coinciding with the first anniversary of "Highlights", it's foreseen the release of their
second studio EP. Modern and fresh rock music is the style they practice, influenced
by classics bands from the 60's and 70's and by current bands like Phoenix, The Strokes
