There are two bands with the name Mens Rea 1) Experimental/extreme metal band from Istanbul Turkey and 2) Hard rock band hailing from Israel.

1) Released their debut EP in December 2023, titled Tertium Non Datur, on Hexe Music.

2) The band plays traditional old school hard rock music, influenced by such artists as Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Megadeth, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Metallica, Nirvana, Queen, Soundgarden, Foo Fighters and more.
