The Ensemble is a project uniting Convivencia authors, composers and performers committed to creating a living art, representative of Alsace as intimately linked to its roots and its tradition.

Tradition is present on the one hand in the adaptation of works by various singers and also in the use of traditional instruments but little used today (such as bagpipes or accordion).
Modernity, which is essential if we are to reach a wide audience in every age, is materialized in the creation of melodic and polyphonic works close to the actual music but also in the use of electro-acoustic instruments and percussion.

Their greatest wish is to live this experience with other artists and to promote new song Alsatian on the European stage.

While their research is moving in two directions: the first being that of the singers, with the help of University students, they wish to undertake a wide Collecting, on both 67 and 68 departments in order to use these elements in their concerts.
The second track is itself facing the Alsatian recognized authors and poets have marked the literature of the twentieth century and to the young writers (including Jean-Pierre Albrecht, of course).
