befreeyourself is a project launched by the musician and activist Terry Christonson.
Terry is born in the 40ties and grew up on a farm at the Georgian Bay in Ontario/Canada as the oldest of three sons.
In the 70ties and 80ties he toured Canada and the U.S. with his former band Kyote.
He loves to spend his free time with outside activities such as free climbing, mountain biking and in winter ice climbing or kite skiing on the Georgian Bay.
In his home, on the family estate, he runs a studio. Here he invites musicians from all over Canada and the world, out of all diverent kinds of genres, to do their recording or to work on his project befreeyourself.
At the moment he works with his friend and fellow musician Shawn Maguire on a new album.
