In 1998, Masayuki Kinoshita (Vo/Ba), Yusuke Mori (Vo/Gt), and Tatsuya Sasahara (Dr/Cho) got together to form "locofrank." The three from Osaka soon establish the band mainly through playing shows not only within Japan but by also gaining experience overseas.
