There are two bands named "The Crooners":

One is an American band that plays music rooted in the blues and jazz of the 20s and 30s. They originally started out as street performers in Paris.

The other one is a band from Germany that merges Ska with Rock'n'Roll.
In 2009 they released their debut album "Legion of the dumped" which has been embraced by ska and rock fans alike. The album has been called "the best ska debut album since years".
