My Song 5 Lyrics

I find it hard, tried to reserve
I'll get it right when I am hurt
(Hot for me)
Romance is on
(Hot for me)
To her he'll go
(Hot for me)
Yet I'll be fine
(Hot for me)
'Cause I know

He's in her heart, on the floor thinkin than I'll never know
I'll be up going through crazy shit I did for you
In my mind, in my head seeing all the words unsaid
Honey honey I am never coming home again

I've been lied to
So what's the truth?
Now I'm not gonna hide it all, keep it in all from you
I've been going dying to know what you tried
You've been lying so
Honey I'm not your honey pie

He's in her heart, on the floor thinkin than I'll never know
I'll be up going through crazy shit I did for you
In my mind, in my head seeing all the words unsaid
Honey honey I am never coming home again

Nothing you want does that thing to replace
Keep holing on for eternity, say you only want me
Missing you'll never lead to much of anything
If you wanna know, if you wanna show

It needs what it seems, so to be you
He'll buy nothing, just through again
I'll never let it go
Honey I'm not your honey pie

He's in her heart, on the floor thinkin than I'll never know
I'll be up going through crazy shit I did for you
In my mind, in my head seeing all the words unsaid
Honey honey I am never coming home again

Tried to be like a god
I'm too here on the rise, I'm tryin
Tried to be like a god
I'm too here on the rise, I'm tryin

He's in her heart, on the floor thinkin than I'll never know
I'll be up going through crazy shit I did for you
In my mind, in my head seeing all the words unsaid
Honey honey I am never coming home again

I've been lied to
So what's the truth?
Now I'm not gonna hide it all, keep it in all from you
I've been going dying to know what you tried
You've been lying so
Honey I'm not your honey pie

HAIM (pronounced HY-əm) is an American rock band hailing from Los Angeles, California. The band consists of sisters Este Arielle Haim (born March 14, 1986), Danielle Sari Haim (born February 16, 1989) and Alana Mychal Haim (born December 15, 1991), along with drummer Dash Hutton (son of Danny Hutton and previously a member of the bands Wires on Fire and Slang Chicken) and keyboardist Tommy King. Most frequently compared to Fleetwood Mac, HAIM's sound has been described as "nu-folk-meets-nineties-R&B"(by the BBC) and "music that sounds like it was written on a lakeside retreat attended by Stevie Nicks, John Waite and En Vogue" (by the Guardian newspaper). The band played at the 2013 Glastonbury festival, earned a top ranking in BBC's Sound of 2013 poll, and later signed with Jay-Z's Roc Nation management group hoam.

The three sisters grew up in San Fernando Valley, and began playing covers in a band called Rockinhaim whose remaining members were their parents. Once the siblings had put that behind them, they began writing their own material. They formed the band in 2006, heavily influenced by Lindsey Buckingham (of Fleetwood Mac fame). They play a mix of Californian Soft Rock and R&B.

In September 2013, the band released their first studio album,"Days Are Gone".

In August 2015, the band released a remix of Tame Impala's track "Cause I'm a Man".
