False Icons is the band of John Bechdel, who's touring keyboardist for Ministry, Killing Joke, Fear Factory and Prong. He's the vocalist of the band and also plays the keyboards and the guitar. Other band members are: Brian Broadt (keyboards, vocals, guitars), Mark Panek (drums) and David Brown (bass). Their debut "God Complex" is going to be released on November 11th, 2008 on 13th Planet Records. The album was mixed and produced by Ministry’s Al Jourgensen. Their debut combines elegantly layered keyboards, heavy guitars, deep bass, sophisticated atmospheric touches and John’s unique vocal style. Read more on Last.fm.
