'Sekira' is a fictional band made by the creators of the classic anime series "Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040" - a revamp of the original "Bubblegum Crisis".

The lead singer of this band is one of the series main characters: Priss Asagiri. Priss' band and their songs are frequently seen and heard throughout the series. The band's songs can be found on the "Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040" OSTs, along with the separate CD "Sekira", which has all of the band's songs played throughout the series.

"Akira Sudou (須藤 あきら, Sudō Akira; born on November 4, 1971) is a Japanese female rock vocalist. She is arguably best known for her work as the vocalist and lyrics writer for SEKIRIA, the band that did the music for the anime Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040 and play live in the movie Shuto Kousoku Max.
