Sam Mehran (1986-2018) was an indie rock / dance punk musician from London, United Kingdom, who first rose to prominence as a founding member of the band Test Icicles (2004-2006). After the group's split he recorded music under the monikers Outer Limits Recordings and Matrix Metals.

Mehran was found dead at his London apartment in July 2018, aged 31. A posthumous 2021 single, 'Loungy' b/w 'Cold Brew', released through Domino Recording Co. Ltd., was his first release, posthumously, under his own name. The single preceded the posthumous album, Cold Brew (July 2021). Read more on Last.fm.
