Haku (ハク。) is a four-member band based in Osaka, Japan. The band was formed in 2019 and is signed under the label SPACE SHOWER MUSIC. The members include Ai (あい, vocals, guitar), Nazuna (なずな, guitar), Kano (カノ, bass, chorus), and Mayu (まゆ, drums). The name "Haku" (白) means "white" in Japanese, symbolizing their desire to remain free and adaptable in their music without being confined to one particular genre. The "。" at the end of their name was added to represent their origins in a music circle during high school.

The band initially formed when Ai, Mayu, Kano, and Nazuna, who attended the same high school, were encouraged by a teacher to form a band. They started performing together at events organized by a music circle affiliated with a live music event called BREAK OF LIMIT. After graduating, all members continued their education at a specialized music school and carried on their activities as a band.

Haku's sound combines elements of pop and indie rock, with a unique blend of UK and US indie influences. Ai's vocals, noted for their clarity and emotional depth, convey lyrics that often explore themes of youth and personal experiences. The band's first single, Blue Girl, gained attention when it was selected as the theme song for a web drama titled #Seishun Kamui. This track, along with their live performances, helped the band secure the Grand Prix at the BOL Grand Champion Tournament and Judai Hakusho talent discovery project in 2021.

Their first mini-album, Wakamononikki (若者日記), was released on January 19, 2022, and was followed by their first one-man live show, which sold out. Haku also released several digital singles, including "Naive Onna no Ko" (ナイーブ女の子) in November 2022.

The band’s activities are closely tied to an annual event they organize on August 9, which they call Haku no Hi (ハク。の日), where they perform live for their fans. In March 2023, Haku released their EP Bokura (僕ら), produced by Kei Kono. Later that year, they announced the release of their first full album, Bokura Janakya Dame ni Natte (僕らじゃなきゃダメになって), on August 9, 2023. Read more on Last.fm.
