櫻井敦司 (Sakurai Atsushi) vocalist for the Japanese rock/new wave/experimental band BUCK-TICK since early 1985. He was Born in Fujioka, Gunma Prefecture on March 7th 1966.

In 2004, Atsushi Sakurai released his first solo album, 愛の惑星 (Planet of Love). He is still currently with BUCK-TICK and working on another album.
