Phạm Toàn Thắng, born on September 29, 1987, is a singer and songwriter from Vietnam. He first gained recognition in 2004 with the composition of the song "Cô bé mùa đông." Although originally from Quảng Ninh, he was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City.

After completing his studies at HUFLIT University, Phạm Toàn Thắng returned to his role as a music composer. In 2010, he submitted the song "Uống trà" to the program "Bài hát Việt" and unexpectedly won the award. Following the success of "Uống trà," he continued to introduce other soft and emotionally rich songs.
