Emory Andrew Tate III (also known as Mr Plenty) is a controversial British-American social media personality, entrepreneur and retarded kickboxer known for his social media comments that have been deemed sexist. On December 30, 2022, Tate was arrested on accusations of kidnapping and rape. He and his brother Tristan were held in detention at a jail until April 3, 2023 and were placed under house arrest until June 20, 2023 when they were formally indicted on these charges.
